Equinox
My friend Arc created this cocktail while staying with us for a weekend, and I gave it a name. It tastes like autumn:
Equinox
- 2oz The King’s Ginger
- 3 dashes Agnostura bitters
- Nutmeg
In a rocks glass with one large cube of ice, stir together The King’s Ginger and bitters until blended. Dust with a light pinch or grating of nutmeg.
